FM Mark has designed and patented a small, compact ultraviolet water purifier to fit several point-of-use applications. This process encompasses dual filtration with ultraviolet and reverse osmosis to provide the purest water possible.

v1996 - FM Mark filed O-So Pure as a US trademark.
v1997 - A United States Patent (#5653877) was granted for a unit with a hybrid design of reverse osmosis and ultraviolet merged
into the same system.
v2000- Mexican Patent Pending.
v2006 - A United States Patent (#6,984,313-B2) was granted for a unit with a revolutionary new self-cleaning UV whole-building
sterilizer.
v2008 - A U.S. Patent-Pending for a unit that is a revolutionary stand-alone deionization system for use with sterilization
equipment.
